NW Iowa
I think that's a solid plan. I have a Brooks Brothers trailer and I have a hitch to switch it over to kingpin and the trailer is rated for 35,000 GVWR. I keep thinking I should just find a cheaper single axle truck like that and hook it up and leave it hooked up. I think it would get used way more often. I am reluctant because I have 2 young kids who want to follow me around and ride with me so I couldn't take everyone with that setup. I still would not have the air ride like you have and my trailer is ROUGH to pull behind the pickup truck. I have added a shocker hitch and I'm not sure it has improved it much at all.
