Epoxy works well, but Tapcon is easier and faster.  Bonus is that you can line everything up as you want it and drill a hole through the steel, switch to a masonry bit and never have to take anything off once it is in place.  I have used both Tapcon and the similar Hilti product.  Both work very well.
