Manola,Ab, Ca | There are two part epoxy glues made specifically for this. I have never used them myself but I know when I worked as a superintendent and project manager on commercial construction in Las Vegas they were an approved method for installing anchors in concrete. I think it’s very important to clean the drilled holes very well prior to installing.
