4-600 USD should get you going.

I have two of these:

Have mounted it on a small plastic pipe, along with a power bank, and an antenna. It just lives on the back seat in my work vehicle at the moment so I always have it.
The connection for this one is via bluetooth. I use it for mapping fields with my phone. That one will basically work straight out of the box. and it comes with an antenna. It gets Ntrip via the phone and sends rtk gps to the phone, turning the phone into a rtk mapping device (on android).
You can also buy a receiver and a rs-232 port to attach to it. You will probably have to configure the baud rate to suit the radio you have

If you are not scared of a little soldering, Sparkfun also makes a good board:

I have a couple of them as well. If you are not scared of a little soldering, you can buy a UART to rs-232 converter from Ebay, Amazon or Aliexpress, along with some jumper wires, and connect the two. Only 4 wires needed, +5v, 0v, rx and tx
you will also need to buy a gps antenna, but ebay have them as well, for around 60-90 USD

Both of these boards only accept RTCM corrections, so check what you have before you buy. There is a more expensive option that can use CMR, I think it is twice the price.

The biggest problem with using these cheap rtk receiver is that it makes it a lot harder to pay $6-8000 for a branded RTK receiver, when you have your homemade one for less than 10 % of the price.

None of these boards are weatherproof, but a plastic box for outdoor electric installation and a couple of glands will make a nice dry enclosure for it.
