I cut mine off the cob. Blanche 1 gallon corn with one quart of water. Simmer 10”. Cool. Freeze. Some people add 1/3 c Sugar and a couple teaspoons salt when blanching.personally I have never had unblanched frozen corn that taste good. All in what you are accustomed to I guess!
