 Thumb of Michigan | Cut it off raw outside,
bring it inside, 2 cups of corn, 2 tablespoons of water, 2 minutes in microwave to blanch.
Wife kind of ran an assembly line, with 3 or 4 microwave proof containers. One getting raw corn/water, one in microwave and one/two being emptied into one quart freezer bags. Let corn cool some, then pop them into freezer. | |
