I have always banded some boron 1-2pints and radiate over the row when we would sidedress, also add some foliar zinc if we have a wet cool start.

Last two years have went to two sidedress applications with y-drops.

1st app band over the row 8ozs boron, 1oz radiate and zinc if needed.

2nd app added 1-quart to acre boron in with the 28-0-0-5s thru the y-drops.

When we would grow some beans would put a quart of boron and dimilin at R-3 stage add something for bugs if numbers were enough.
