What COOP? I can't see where Western Sugar is a COOP. Maybe a slave ship, but not a COOP. Open up & sell new shares after closing, Cannibilize Growers after lieing to them. Change bylaws without members approval. Not allowing shareholders to voice concerns at annual meeting. NO financel statements, just the ceo telling what he wants you to hear. Board acts like a bunch of "bobble head dolls" on anything the great "inder & his royal court wants". I expect they use the high sugar prices to make more changes to control "shareholders" (now known as SLAVES)
I wouldn't be supprised if the ceo doesn't want the (slaves) shareholders to garintee to deliver XX tons per share minimum next, or pay a "liquided damage" for not delivering. I hope the coop has enough sugar to cover what all it has sold, or the growers will be out the costs of finding more sugar
