What you are asking for is good cattle software and good accounting software. These are just two different animals. I don't know of any that does both. Cattlemax gives you a place to store contacts and income expenses temporaily but it is NOT an accounting program.

I suggest you use Quickbooks for your sales/business software and any of the cattle programs for your cattle software. I use Cattlemax and Quickbooks. Good luck.
