Checking to see if you get it I'm thinking and if you report it.  Scammers use places where they can pick up a package before the homeowner sees it.  They buy stuff with stolen card numbers and send it to those places where they can get it.  Usually start with something cheap so hopefully the card company or card owner doesn't catch it before they can get something good.  Had it happen to us.
