Iowa | Are there any component differences between similarly equipped 8R280 and 8R310 tractors (besides the horsepower difference)? I don't see any obvious differences in the brochure or online configurator, but I haven't been able to get a straight answer on this, even from JD dealers. At least one individual has told me that the 280 has some lighter duty driveline components, perhaps smaller radiator, cooler, hydraulic pump capacity, etc. But I haven't found any documentation to support this yet, and I am choosing equivalent options when I use the online configurator.
