Max if we are Processing. Then smaller amounts for customers whenever they order.
So prob less then a ton at a time.
Tomorrow we have 50ish dz to shuck for orders then we will prob process some starting Thursday as we try and process what we can so it all gets used up but dont run short of fresh awhile its still good.
