Columbia City, Indiana | I see a lot of guys on here, it seems especially guys out west, talking about feeding "cake" to brood cows. My question (forgive my stupidity) is what is cake, where do you get it, and how much does it cost? I'm guessing it's some sort of by-product high in protein and energy, but that's just a guess. How do you feed it? Spread it on the ground? Do they clean it up well or waste a lot?
