Subject: What's your must havens on a portable loading chute?

SC Wisconsin
I need to either build or buy a portable chute for putting holstein and cross bred fats on a pot. Used my neighbors permanent one before and it works awesome, but it's a royal pain shuttling gooseneck loads across the road at 4 am by myself. I wasn't able to load out direct from my pens before due to driveway being not semi friendly, but by next weekend I'll have that all fixed. I did a search on Facebook marketplace a couple times, most of them are rotten wood chutes that probably wouldn't survive the drive home but I have seen a couple that might work ok with some repairs. It has to be portable either its own wheels or movable with a skidloader due to not having a spot i can build something permanent. Tell me about length, width, height, floor design/cleating, only gated sides or should they not be able to see out of it etc. I did find this powder river one, not sure I like the steel stair step design seems like it would be slippery. Any other pointers would be appreciated. Thanks
