NE ND | No need to remove cab. I did mine and I'm a big guy (6'2, 265 lbs.). The two front cab bolts need removed and the cab tilted back slightly. Bell housing, clutch pack, and carrier come out as a unit but the clutch and carrier are lose and will fall out the back if tipped back so be careful there. The clutch, carrier, and housing can be reinalled in 3 seperate pieces, one at a time if i remember right. Make some long guide bolts for reinstallation of the bell housing. I ordered bolts from McMaster car and cut the heads off. The bell housing needs a special silicone when reinstalling. Dealer should carry it. It might be where your leak is coming from. Removing drive side tires makes it much easier. Mine was a 9400. | |
