Call the vet, get her dilated and get that kid out. It's probably not viable.
Oh, and remember just in case your records are wrong and she's about 150 days along, the cervix is a muscle. It can be massaged and relaxed. Don't pull until she dilates, you'll only end up damaging her and unnecessarily stresses the kid. The kid is fine until the umbilical cord is severed or is pinched off trying to pull it out when the cervix is not dilated.
