So, I'm wondering, will this go like the Monsanto RRSB seed pirates?

If Monsanto wins this lawsuit will the fines levied money go to a local (St Louis area I guess?) FFA Chapter as do the fines collected from the dastardly low-lifes that attempt to save RRSB?

Will DuPont be prohibited from selling (vs growing for pirates) RRSB the following year after the suit is settled?

Will DuPont's principal shareholders be directly financially & legally responsible for this crime of which they are accused?

Will Monsanto & DuPont pat each other on the back & go about their daily joint business ventures after the smoke clears & pass along these court costs which will then be labelled as "tech fees"?
