MN | If Monsanto is enforcing "an unwritten ("implied") term that prohibits Dupont from stacking its Optimum GAT trait with Monsanto's Roundup Ready trait", then maybe there is something to the anti-trust lawsuit. I figured since the ruling was in Monsanto's favor, that their contract had a written clause stating that stacking was prohibited. This just keeps getting more and more interesting. | |
