| Are the functions of the NAV computer now in this receiver, or is there a separate computer module somewhere? The user interface in the the Pro 1200 the same? The reason I ask is out of curiosity and frustration. I can't think of a worse autosteer than the Trimble NAV II. Hope the new system is miles better. My 4430's NAV II is maddening sometimes. Can be right on top of the line and it will still complain about not being within half a swath distance of a line. And several times a month on a turn when re-engaging it will completely miss it and drive me in a circle before eventually erring out. A bit embarrassing as the turns are always by the road. | |
