I know guys used to stress medic crops with a "sniff" of 2,4-D to make them pod better. I'm not sure if it had anything to do with flowering.
But in any case I wouldnt go doing that on any scale without further research !!!

They used 2,4-D on oranges too, but that was to make them hang on tighter to the tree, so there was less fruit fall.


2,4-D is used to make red potatoes 'redder.'
