Use RTCMV3 as the incoming data format on the receiver.
Assuming your receiver is unlocked for GPS+GLONASS, just use the RTCM31 data stream. If you have a receiver unlocked for Galileo and/or BeiDou, then you'd want to use RTCM3.2 to get MSM messages for all constellations.
