IL. | I like to slice it ( in the round) dip it in egg and flour spread on a cookie sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake 350 time varies with thickness, flip when it starts to brown, little more olive oil and bake till desired crispness, put a little permission cheese or cheese of your choice and eat, I usually bake mine till just a little crispy.
