 Pittsburg, Kansas | Just finishing a low carb cruise on a cruise ship out of Galveston. Get off the ship in about an hour. A couple of companies gave samples. LMNT and Re-Lyte. They come in flavored with artificial sweetener or plain. We tried some of the plain samples and seems ok.
At home we just keep a salt shaker handy and some no-salt in a shaker for potassium. Put a dash of each in drinking water. Then at night take about 1/3 dose of milk of magnesia dissolved in a cup of soda water for magnesium.
We don't do the supplement all the time. Just when we think of it.
