I don't think the us govt is a very good source as far as estimating reserves of anything in NM ( key word is anything).

Sounds like the K is in the SE, probably got the oil wells surrounded with the stuff there.

The U is basically on the res...govt probably does realize that's how they powered the big ones whch helped end WWII.
My bet is they might not know much.
After all, that fuel was essentially derived from other countries here ( Soveriegn Indian Nations ) then and now.
( btw...the last mining messes never were cleaned up...heck you can dip pretty pure U out of a pond or a wash when it rains in some areas here ).

Could it be the govt knows nothing on purpose??

I think the real deal here in the future is the gallium and irridium deposits anyway.

Do know that where they mine ( heck just pick em off the ground on the turquoise trail here ) and all the other precious stones on up thru most other supposed precious metals, things get interesting.

Brag saskatchy all you want.
There's simply more capital and better business logistics ( more smaller companies ) in Canada for energy / industrial developments than there is in the usa.
