Not 100% sure, but the C is built in Turkey, if you go to the U model it is built in Italy. I have a NH T5-115 that is the same as the red U model. At that time my NH dealer advised me to stay away from the ones built in Turkey due to reliability. 2400 hours, great tractor, very handy loader tractor. Also the 24 speed is very well spaced to find a speed for about anything.
