I don't know if your referring to lower application rates but when you say they couldn't spray in much of a wind at all i'm wondering why? I can fly my drone straight as an arrow when its so windy i can barely stand and I've always heard that helicopters get better coverage because of the rotor, i would assume theirs something similar with drones.
