Agree, 120% hail policy and drain whatever is holding back those ponds and that would be a win over watching things wither away.
Those “ponds” are tile outlet terraces with 6” risers in them.
This is the 2021 yield map from that farm. Most of the green spots are the tops/ backsides of those terraces where the water got away faster. I’ll take withering away over the damage caused by six inches of rain in two hours.
