Nw Ks | Had mine done April 4th this year. Wish I had done it sooner!!! Can breathe through my nose easily for the first time in decades. The recovery is uncomfortable for about 3-4 days and as much as the nasal flush sounds dreadful, it really helps. I still do it to help clean out farm related gunk. The 2 weeks of no heavy lifting let me deliver seed and I found out my 14 year old can stack bags as good as if it come from the warehouse. | |
