Kelly Hogan (a long time carnivore, eating only meat) calls cooked hamburger patties that are cold "hamburger cookies" and eats them for a snack or if she gets hungry. I would have turned up my nose at such a thought five years ago. Actually cold but cooked hamburger patties are pretty tasty. Not much different than eating other cold cut meats like luncheon meat. I don't eat them often that way, but they make pretty good lunch box eats.
