The insurance company for Crown Equip was being sued by the railroad for the value of the train and the automobiles. Something like 6 million. The autos were hauled to St Louis and disposed of.

I think Crowns ins said if they had to pay for the autos then they wanted the autos, sounds reasonable.

I don't think it's settled yet.
