Subject: Re: Train cars on the loose at GM

Same deal up near Dilworth MN 10-15 years ago construction company working along the track someone didn't get the signal that a train was coming crane operator swung the boom around just at the time the train was coming through killed a train engineer and the other got seriously hurt, derailed a bunch of railcars, was a mixed freight train that was also hauling Ford vehicles, Ford came in with a crusher and every single vehicle on that train got crushed even the vehicles that were 10-15 rail cars back where the cars were still setting on the tracks perfectly fine, guess they didn't want to take a chance. I'm sure they just added 150-200 dollars per vehicle the next year to make up for the loss if I remember correctly they crushed about 200-250 vehicles of them only 150 actually had any damage.
