While I nearly always agree with Tedbear, I still stay we need more info, especially if this is the first time trying to get this system going this year.  Have you verified it is actual no flow or does the system just think it is no flow. I run a Surefire flow meter on my planter and the message you are getting has always meant my pumps are not working due to poor electrical connections.
