SOIL | You could try getting output from the back of your Case 372 or whatever your GPS is. It won't be terrain compensated, but it could be a temporary fix. It worked for me years ago until I could swing an RTK unlocked Deere receiver, Display and ATU 300 kit.
Another quick option is to buy an SF3000. Now that the SF7000 is being delivered, the now 2 generation old SF3000 is dropping in price. Even with SF1, that will be better than leaving your planter parked at this critical time.
Your story is the reason I now say to my family, Deere planter, Deere tractor! If you refuse to buy a Deere tractor, don't buy a Deere planter!
