The answer is no. Wheat can be cheap and we will still plant it. There are some areas where a corn and bean rotation just wont work. The Kansas crop will turn out of per USDA. I bet the yield will be close to 35 and rising. The market is also saying that they don't care about the delayed spring planting of wheat that's apparent. We also know that these high prices don't go on forever.
