Good grief, has noone on here ever heard of floaters? Have had every size of 4900 series made, now 4045. In 15+ years have had to pull it out once (bottomless bog).and we have no ruts in the field.
It sure is fun to bash JD sprayers.
I'm going to have to agrees as well. We run a pair of 4940s at work and have them on vf 710s with an on board inflation system. If they're leaving more then surface tracks in the fields you can barely walk in the field.
