What size are your clods and are they still actively growing? If they are growing, twisted spikes are your best option to get them killed. If your spray program took care of the grass/alfalfa and you just need to size material/smooth it up; a soil finishing tool with discs, harrows/baskets and possibly sweeps if it’s really rough will do pretty well in one pass. If your only options are the tools you mentioned in the original post use your best judgment. Cultivator with sweeps will level mounds and fill in holes, disc ripper will size clods but won’t do as much leveling.
