The 4940s had some hydraulic and electric issues and we're only made for a couple years. Most issues should be sorted by now but they just aren't a highly sought after model.
They are better balanced than a 47x0 or 48x0 like most R series which comes at the cost of extra weight but they ARE capable of running a 480 tire on 120" centers which will help a lot.l
