That says nothing about milk marketing and what kind of supply contracts a very large dairy can command, which IMO is what’s really driving these especially large dairies.



Any idea if there would be a legal way to, say, prohibit processors from discriminating on the basis of size? I'm not entirely sure how it happened, but I guess I'm one of I don't know how many people on an advisory board for my congressman, working on the 2023 farm bill. That seems like the kind of thing that could be put in there, especially if I had a fairly concrete suggestion.
