Gap,PA | We had one that grandpa bought back in the late 70s when it was a year or two old. Engine was overhauled at about 5,000 hours and needed work again at about 9500 hours. We sent it to Forrester farm equipment in Chambersburg PA and they put a brand new 7.5 liter genesis engine in it. Really woke it up. No more hard starting in the winter. Did a clutch once around 10,000 hours and the PTO around 10,500 hours. The last years it was basically on stationary power unit duty. At some point it got 20.8-38 rear tires and it leveled it out nicely. Sold it a year ago for close to what grandpa paid for it 45+ years before. | |
