I've used Ebay in the past. Have had good luck with refurbished DJI batteries.
I find I do not use my drones enough and the batteries go bad in a year or two (new or refurbished), so replacing them with refurbished,cheaper batteries is the answer for me.
Side note, forgetting batteries in your car during a -30* spell is not good for them.
