Blkcow at one of the feeder contests down here for the kids they had packer buyers do live evaluations. If they weren't straight Angus or dang good red angus, they were marked select. Out of 500 half graded select. The sim and chars crossed even with Angus graded select. Made no sense on what carcasses have been doing on the rail.
