MaineFarmer - 3/29/2023 05:54 I would plant a few different types.Being sure you isolate the Sh2 from standards and even SE's.Keep it well away from any grain corn pollinating at the same time.Often why some others dislike a certain type others enjoy.Pollen contamination is real.Can make it taste dull.
Had a kernel or 2 of blue on just about every ear of bi-color yellow/white last year here in one large patch. Still not sure who or where the blue pollen came from |
