Really depends on your definition of "good." If you like super high sugar content, you want an su or a synergistic type. I personally don't like them because they are too sweet without as much corn flavor.

If you like more traditional corn flavor with moderate sugar levels, choose an su or se type. They have a shorter picking window and need to be cooked more promptly after harvest to have peak quality.
