| Ed, my el cheapo milkhouse heater quit. I turned the knob higher to see if it would kick on and saw the blue spark thing on the outside of the unit. It was as you say, loud and bright for static. I was startled but didn't feel a zap. No smell. Still no heat either. No fan. No nothing. I threw the heater in the trash. I try to keep an extra heater around new in the box and buy them on sale if possible. | |
