Devils Lake, ND | Parts are a huge one. Our local CAT dealer can have a part at our local drop point by midnight if you call by 7:00 pm. They also have a 24 hour parts line. You can call at 2:00 am. They tell you where they have it, and you can be there when they open.
A big dealer can justify specialists, like a precision ag guy, a gps guy, and a sprayer guy.
