For what it's worth, James Condon, the you tube generator repair guy, loves the yellow HF stuff to clean small engines carbs.
He puts the carb parts in a small ultrasonic cleaner with a potent mix of the yellow stuff to clean the carbs of corrosion and stale fuel gunk. He says it is all he will use. ;-)
