Yellow oven cleaner is lye, so keep off paint and aluminum. Blue "fume free" oven cleaner is very similar active ingredient to above, but the easy off stuff is AMAZING for hard water soap scum in showers and tubs, maybe a little expensive for grease, and not needed. Also, I'd be careful of any fresh or vulnerable paint.
HF degreaser?
