Subject: snowmobile question for farmers with livestock

N/E Iowa
I have a neighbor that has a snowmobile that he uses to do his chores with when the weather is bad, and the farm is only 2 miles away from his home. He told me that he can write off most off his snowmobile when he does his taxes? Anyone else do this? He say he rides his snowmobile 200 miles a year, with 25 to 30 of those miles going towards chores (back and forth). I use to have a snowmobile and never thought about using "some" of the snowmobile for write off?
