There used to be several companies building the big hinge back plows but now I think you a down to John Deere and Salford. There maybe some European big plow makers, like Kverneland may still make them, but they are going to expensive, especially the roll over plows they favor. I doubt that Arts-Way even has all the jigs and tooling to build the 800 style plows. I guess you could call them, all they can say is no, or maybe, are you crazy.
I think there is a reason so few companies don't make big moldboard plows these days.
