The drive gear in the engine is going to be trash also. There is no way you are going to get all that metal out of the engine without a complete teardown. It probably filled the oil filter and went into by-pass mode and got into all the brgs. At least now you may have a chance to save some major parts, crank, rods, and cam. But to continue to run it after a simple flush is playing Russian roulette. $40,000 engine>>>>>>>>>
